Robin Pifer

Robin's calling has been to multiple leaders in the organizations where he has led for the past 25 years. He has been the senior leader in three churches and assisted in planting a fourth over his ministry career. He is a transitional specialist in helping organizations and individuals change for greater overall health and effectiveness. He is a Certified Biblical Life Coach, a certified trainer in Healthy Church and Healthy Leadership training seminars, has a Bachelors degree in Theology and Pastoral leadership and is currently working on his M.B.A. in leadership.
Robin has served on various national boards in leadership development, speaks a various retreats on leadership topics and is called upon by church leaders and business leaders for personal mentoring and coaching. With his wife Gwen they continue to teach and coach in marriage and parenting topics while at the same time serving together as the lead pastoral couple of their local church. He is the father of four children and has been married to his wife Gwen for 20 years. They are known as a couple that leads and serves together in a contemporary style of ministry. Robin's goal is to leave a legacy of Spiritual Servant Sacrificial Leadership
